Jouer Cosmetics Essential High Coverage liquid concealers launching 2.10.2018

Jouer Cosmetics is finally going to launch their concealers- They are the Essential High Coverage liquid concealers. They will be available in 25 shades and will retail for $22 each. Alongside with the concealers there is also going to be an Essential Precision Concealer brush.
